The Plugin i often use on my WordPress Blogs is called Sitemap Generator. This Plugin automatically creates a Sitemap in xml and .gz which lists all your Posts and Pages in a nice list that Search Engines can use to speed up content inclusion.

I recommend you Download this Plugin and then Signup to Google Webmaster Tools
The reason why i suggest you signup to Google Webmaster Tools is because once you have installed this Plugin and generated your Sitemap you can submit it inside Google Webmaster Tools so you can quickly identify how much of your Blogs contents is listed on the Google Search Engine. Useful stuff!
Quick Tip: In order for your Sitemap Generator to work you need to create 2 files and CHMOD them to 777. I simply opened up Notepad and saved the file as sitemap.xml and another file as sitemap.xml.gz and then used my FTP Program to upload these files to the main directory and then simply set the permissions to 777.

You should see your Blogs traffic increase when you have this plugin installed and running, i certainly do.
