KeywordSpy is a tool that not many Internet Marketers know about (from my experience). I regularly use KeywordSpy to spy on my Affiliate competition on Clickbank and then i can simply copy their Marketing Campaigns or improve on mine.
Affiliate Intelligence
The area of KeywordSpy that allows you to quickly spy on your competition is “Affiliate Intelligence” and it can be accessed by the Menu as shown in the Screenshot below.
Affiliate Intelligence really does make PPC Marketing a breeze as you can easily uncover what Keywords and Adverts convert by the ROI (Return on Investment) Tab.

As you can see KeywordSpy has detailed Marketing Strategies for all the Major Networks such as Clickbank, Commission Junction, Filinet, ShareASale, LinkShare, AffiliateWindow, AffiliateFuture, PepperJam and many many more
For the purpose of this Post ill be using Clickbank as an example which is a good example considering it has the most Products.
As you can see from the above screenshot i have a quick breakdown of the Programs on Clickbank that people are promoting the most and if a program has a lot of promoters it usually means that it converts (not always!). You can also select a specific Country so if you plan on running a PPC Campaign targetting United Kingdom then you can get a list of UK Ads currently running for each particular Program.
I will be using the Public Records Program on Clickbank to show you how easy it is to copy your Competitors Campaigns.
Simple click the Number underneath “Affiliate Ads” next to the Program you are interested in researching. You should then see something like this…
I have marked 2 areas on this screenshot which you should pay attention to and thats the ROI (Return on Investment) and the Keywords, Search Volume and CPC (Cost Per Click).
Now from this screenshot we have established that those keywords have a very high ROI and a reasonable CPC. We can now literally start a Google Adwords Campaign and copy the Advert and Keywords. The Affiliate payout for this particular Program is $18.71 per Signup so your return on investment is quite high already if you target the right keywords.
You can also generate a list of all the Keywords which are related to that Specific PPC Advert by clicking the small “kw” button at the right side and you should see something like this…
So you get the Advert, Keywords, Search Volume, Average CPC and ROI in one go… pretty powerful stuff!
You can literally use KeywordSpy to copy all Marketing Campaigns from the Top Affiliates on Clickbank and profit big time.
