To put it simply you need to find a CPA Offer which requires only a simple email submit for this to work and there are 100′s of these offers available on all major CPA Neworks.

What You’ll Need For This To Work

• A MaxBounty Account or any other CPA Network which offers prepop support
• An Aweber Account to record Emails

I will be using the MaxBounty CPA Network to show you which type of email submit offers i would aim for.

MaxBounty

Once you have logged in to MaxBounty simple click on “SEARCH CAMPAIGNS” and select “Email Submit” as the Category then click Search to display all offers.

I have marked 1 offer in the below screenshot which you could us an example to pre-populate with an email address and it supports both email and search traffic.

The CPA Offer looks like this

If you are happy with how the CPA Offer looks then you need to click the offer in MaxBounty (note down the Countries Allowed) and scroll to the bottom and click “get tracking code” and you should see a popup like this…

Make sure to note down this Tracking Code as you will need it in a minute!

According to MaxBounty this offer has a high EPC (Earnt Per Conversion) which means it tends to convert well. This offer pays $1.20 per Lead which means for every person who enters their email and clicks “Sign Up Now” you earn $1.20

Now you have to understand that the company advertising this offer will earn far more than $1.20 as they will have the email address of the user which means they can send out as many emails to that user as they want advertising their other offers etc. The beauty of the prepop method is that you will also get their email address which means you can email “your” users anytime aswell and this offer is related to making money so im sure you can find other others cpa offers or affiliate programs which may interest the people on this list don’t you think?

Ok I Have My CPA Offer, What Next?

You will need to create a new List with Aweber, something like this…

Be sure to click the “Confirmed Opt-In” Tab and turn off Confirmed Opt-In Status as you don’t want your users having to confirm both your list and the cpa advertisers list!

Once you have created your list you need to make a Web Form by clicking “Web Forms” at the top of Aweber. When you have created a simple web form you must then change the “Basic Settings” to the following…

The tracking code i told you to note down a little earlier should be pasted into the Custom Thank you Page box but be sure to add the following to the end of the URL - &email={!email}

This basically pre-populates the CPA Offer’s email form with the email you just recorded with Aweber, pretty nifty ay?

Moving on…

You now need to create what’s known as a Squeeze Page which is basically just a basic page with a Title, Instructions and an Email Submit Form.

I created the following Squeeze Page for this Offer

This only took about 5 minutes to make and it’s ready to go! So now instead of linking directly to the CPA Offer, you will send traffic to this squeeze page, capture their email and then lead them onto the actual offer with a pre-populated email entry which contains their email.

The amazing thing about this strategy is that if they don’t complete the CPA Offer you still have their email address so you can start sending emails related to what they are interested in, so for this list i would email CPA Offers about how to make money online or Affiliate Programs on Networks such as Clickbank.

By using Aweber and a CPA Network such as MaxBounty you can start building many different Mailing Lists targetted towards any Niche that takes your fancy!

Many new Internet Marketers  struggle to build a Mailing List let alone a profitable one but with this method you can begin earning within minutes. Aweber is a great place to start as they offer Trial Accounts for $1 so there is really no excuse not to give them a try.

By using this tool i have a general idea for what people are searching for and in essence whats “Hot” at the moment. I then simply create a relevant Landing Page for this “Hot Trend” with a CPALead Gateway and i then start a simple marketing campaign to generate both Free and Payed traffic.

First of all let’s look at Google Hot Trends

I have marked 3 possible Search Terms that i could monetize with CPALead but i think the best possible one to use would be “Thor Movie Trailer” as Movie Trailers tend to convert very well.

I created this Simple Landing Page…

To increase Traffic i added both a Facebook “Like” and “Share” Button and also a simple link back to the main website im running this Landing Page on.

Added a CPALead Widget Gateway to this Landing Page…

This is the basics of my Landing Page completed and now i just need to get traffic. There are many ways i can generate traffic for this landing page from simply submitting to Social Bookmarking websites like Stumbleupon or running a Google Adwords Campaign using very cheap Keywords targetted to this Movie.

I recommend you rinse and repeat this method until you find a Hot Trend which converts but i tend to find Movie Trailers do very well.

The fantastic thing about Facebook is that it now has over 500 Million Members and by simply taking advantage of the “Like” and “Share” features of the website you can substantially increase your Facebook Traffic.

I find the best way to earn money with Facebook and CPALead is to make Comedy related pages that are fun for the visitor.

Now this Facebook Page involves 3 Steps…

Step 1

The visitor clicks “Like” and every person on his or her Profile on Facebook can see that they liked this Page and they can also quickly view it by clicking the Link

The visitor clicks “Share” and posts this page to their Profile which is in clear view from all Friends on his or her list again

A quick copy and paste that is optional but it also works very well for getting traffic

Once the visitor has done these Steps they then click the “Verify” button at the bottom and proceed to the Image or Video which is Hidden using a CPALead Widget Gateway

The visitor then completes a free survey to view the content! It’s an extremely simple but very powerful way of generating fantastic revenue for very little work.

Just rinse and repeat this method over and over and you will soon come across a Page that converts time and time again!

By using a Widget you have much more control over what specific surveys are displayed and you can simply turn on the surveys which convert best for you. I recommend you create your own Widget Skin so it matches the colour scheme and branding from your website as this will result in a much higher click through rate.

Need Help with Setting up your CPALead Widget ?

Once you have created your Widget you will need to optimize it best you can, in order to do this click on your Widget and then select “Modify Surveys”.

Picking the Best Surveys

With the Modify Surveys area of CPALead you have a lot of control over which Surveys you wish to display to your visitors including Demographics.

For Example

If you run a TV Shows Website with Videos and/or Download Links to Episodes then i recommend you select TV Show related Surveys as its related to the content of your website which will encourage a higher click through rate, if you are limited to TV Show related Surveys then stick with the highest Converting % Surveys.

You should see something like this when you click Modify Surveys (United Kingdom)

Now in the Surveys screenshot you will see that all Surveys are Active and this should be the case when you create any new Widget, now its time to optimize those Surveys for your website.

Pay attention to the Legend

I would use something like this…

This is just a quick example of how i would go about tweaking my Widget for a TV Show website, i was limited to specific TV Show related Surveys so i simply enabled all Surveys with a 7% or above Conversion Rate. This is just basic Optimization, once you get traffic you will soon discover which of your Surveys get completed the most over a specific period and then you just simply stick with those and then Disable the ones that are not converting as well.

Don’t disable Surveys globally (the red -), just disable Surveys for that specific Widget (blue -) as Surveys which don’t get completed for one specific website may get completed on another.

Make sure you keep an eye on which surveys people are completing and which ones people are ignoing and optimize accordingly.

Make sure you always type

In the chat board everyday as you could earn up to 20% additional earnings for the day which is great. If you are currently using other CPA Networks then thats fine (as i do) but i do recommend you give CPALead a go as its a lot easier to earn than the rest.

This is for an Adult Streaming Website that i run and this Gateway matches the branding and color scheme used on the website which helps with conversions.

If you want to get started with AdultAccessNow follow these steps:

1. Signup at AdultAccessNow

For my Adult website i selected “Video” and then “Webpage with Video”.

5. Selecting a Skin

Now you have two options here, you can select one of AdultAccessNow’s skins by clicking the Left + Right Arrows and then click Continue or you can upload your own skin.

I recommend you use your own custom skin. For my Adult website i used my own skin with 539 Width and 264 Height.

6. Widget Settings

Monetize Method:

* Make sure you name your Widget something relevant otherwise it will get confusing the more websites you run with AdultAccessNow

Review:
* Quickly Review over the Widget you have just created and then click ” I Agree, Create this Widget”

7. Installing Your Widget

The area marked in Red is the Code you need to add to your website or Blog. If you are using a Blog Platform such as WordPress then simply open up your Theme folder and edit the “single.php” file and paste this code at the top of that file and everytime someone views a post on your Blog they will be required to fill in one of your Surveys to view the content. If you are using a simple website then just paste the code between the <head></head> tags on whatever page you require a completed Survey for.

In order to boost your CPA earnings you will need to research the quality of the CPA offers landing page. This is what a user sees with the actual offer on. I only ever promote CPA offers with high quality landing pages with a very easy to fill out form with no more than 4 fields to complete. Obviously, the fewer fields a user has to fill in to get the offer the better chance you have of earning money.

In order to ensure that a CPA offer will convert requires you to check the landing page and ask yourself the following questions.

1. Is The Headline Relative?

Marketing statistics indicate that the headline is responsible for 80% of the ad copy. This means that you only have a few seconds to grab the attention of the reader. Make sure that the CPA offer has a clear headline that is related to the offer so that it grabs the readers attention.

Use offers with headlines that tap into the readers emotions because people generally make decisions based on emotions rather than logic.

2. Is The Landing Page Clear and Concise?

If you choose to promote a CPA offer that is confusing or misleading then you will lose the prospect. You want to make sure that the landing page is of a high quality with clear images and text that are related to the offer.

3. Is The Landing Page Relevant?

This is all about connecting the dots between what your advertisement reads whether it be a banner, text or a ppc advert to the offers page. Basically you want to make sure that the prospect knows exactly what to expect before clicking your link. If your advert is not relevant to the landing page and offer then it will be a waste of a click.

4. Will the CPA get a Positive Response?

People generally respond to an ad if they feel they have something to lose rather than something to gain.

People do not like the fear of losing out on something so any landing page that advertises a quantity limit or a time limit on that offer work extremely well.

A time limit on an offer such as “this offer expires in 1 hour” creates a sense of urgency for the prospect to signup.

5. Is there Social Proof?

Social proof is basically like a testimonial from a “real person” which encourages whoever is reading that this product works. You may have noticed that lots of dieting CPA offers use approvals by celebrity names like Dr. Oz and Rachel Ray to add a social proof to their landing pages. People are more prone to filling out offers because it appears as though a credible source such as Dr. Oz has endorsed the product.

6. Is the Call To Action correctly Placed?

To to promote a landing page that has a “call to action” that is placed directly in eye view so as soon as they get on the landing page the form is right there. The call to action should clearly indicate to the prospect what the next course of action will be.

There is a lot of money to be made from CPA Marketing, but there is also a dark side that many people do not know about or maybe refuse to believe. The problem with the CPA industry is that it can be very unethical. There is no formal governing organization to regulate the industry.

There are essentially three distinct groups that make up the relationship of CPA:

* Advertisers

* Publishers (Affiliates)

* Cost Per Action Networks

A CPA Network works as a middleman between advertisers and publishers. The problem starts when one of these decides to cheat the others.

Let Me Explain:

If you visit some Forums (usually Black Hat related) you will find many Affiliates showing other Affiliates how to cheat leads out of both the CPA Networks and its Advertisers.

There are many ways to fool or force someone to complete a CPA Offer that is not only dishonest but also illegal. Trying to cheat leads from a CPA Network would get you banned or even worse Blacklisted from the industry.

The Direct Track Platform allows all of the CPA Networks using their System to post their Banned Members for all to see. So if you get banned from one network which uses this Direct Track Platform, you may have difficulty getting signed up to other CPA Networks because your reputation will be known.

The harsh reality is when these Affiliates cheat the CPA Networks this affects other Publishers by a reduced Payout or a higher scrub level (the process of where leads are reversed).

When you join a CPA Network you are essentially putting all your trust into that Network and its tracking system to pay 100% for all the Leads generated.

Unfortunately this is not always the case…

A lot of CPA Networks will shave off leads to ensure that their Profit Levels are kept to a maximum. Most Affiliates do not realize that most of the Cost Per Action Networks using the Direct Track Platform have a built in feature for shaving leads.

This Feature can be set at what ever level they like. For example, they may set it at 10% for a certain CPA Offer meaning the Affiliate will not get credit for every 10th Lead. This is how some Networks pay higher than others because they can afford to by shaving leads.

This next bit is important:

In order to ensure you get credit for the Leads you generate by your Offers you must Split Test Different Networks with similar or identical Offers. If one CPA Network offers a higher payout than the other for a specific Offer it may mean they shave more often than its competitor and overall you may earn more promoting a Survey with a lesser payout as you will not be shaved as much.

I have seen virtually identical CPA Offers on different networks perform very differently using the exact same Marketing Campaigns which means a blatent shaving of leads.

An Advertiser can also shave leads by ensuring that a CPA Networks Pixel is not triggered at certain times. A pixel is either JavaScript or an image tag that when triggered reports back to the Network that a lead has been generated.

“Why wouldn’t an Advertiser Shave Leads? It Saves them Money!”

The CPA Industry has already gained the attention of the FTC and the Attorney Generals of many States. Look at the whole recent “ringtones” fiasco that had some CPA Networks paying out as much as $1million to settle lawsuits related to false “free ringtone” marketing.

Most Email Submit Offers put the prospect through co-registration hell by sending many spam related Emails trying to get them to pay for something making the users email account useless because of all the Spam.

Have you ever read the small print on some of these free offers that require an email address? They usually require the participant to fill out three gold offers, two silver offers, two bronze offers and then refer five family members to do the same before they can get the free prize.

“The Small Print is Small for a reason!”

Advertisers can also refuse to pay the CPA Networks for Leads generated which may result in you not getting payed. If you read the “Terms and Conditions” of the majority of Networks, they indicate that if they are not payed by the Advertiser then you will not be payed.

Stick to the Bigger Networks as they can afford to pay you out of their own pockets if an Advertiser refuses payment.

There are actually CPA Networks who cheat their Affiliates by setting up Similar Landing Pages to yours if they are converting. These CPA Networks have their own in-house Search Team so you are basically showing them what is working for you so they can implement their own and rip you off.

Don’t get too close to your Affiliate Manager:

Think about it! If you are making $100,000 a Month on a CPA Network and you have shown your Affiliate Manager your Campaigns then they will be more than tempted to steal your ideas and make their own money, after all the CPA Network will not be paying them anywhere near as much as you are earning.

If I were to give you any Advice it would be to make sure your dealing with a CPA Network that genuinely cares about your Business and your well-being rather than how much money you can make for them.

If you are serious about making money from CPA Offers then you need to track the Clicks and Leads. If you are not prepared to do this you will lose money and your campaigns will simply not succeed. With tracking you will be able to monitor which of your CPA Campaigns are working and which are not and then simply tweak them accordingly.

You must track everything such as:

* Traffic Source

* Ad Groups

* Keywords

* Ad Variations (CTR and Conversions)

* Type of Ad ( Text vs Image)

* CPA Offers

* Landing Pages

If you are promoting a CPA offer with PPC (like I do) then the most important thing you need to be tracking are the Keywords that you are using in your Campaigns.

All major Pay Per Click search engines support Conversion Tracking down to keyword level. You can create this Conversion Tracking code from your PPC Campaigns and then simply notify your Affiliate Manager at the chosen CPA Network and they should be able to place your code on the success page of the CPA meaning once a Survey is completed the conversion is displayed in your PPC panel.

Almost all CPA Networks allow you to create “Sub ID’s” to your Affiliate URLs for every unique URL. All the major search engines will allow you to pass the keyword using dynamic keyword insertion.

For example for Google and MSN, all you have to do is append {keyword} to your Affiliate URL and you will be able to track all your clicks by keyword.

Example:

http://www.affiliateurl.com/subid1={keyword}

For Yahoo, you have to turn on a feature in your account for tracking and Yahoo will automatically pass the keyword to the CPA Network. You can pass a keyword in Yahoo using the token “OVKEY”.

You can easily pass this Token using the following PHP Script:

You can check your CPA Affiliate Account and see what keywords have converted in the “subid” reports area.

I can’t emphasize enough the importance of Tracking. It allows you to quickly identify which keywords are triggering the leads and then you can simply concentrate on those keywords in your Campaigns.
